What this covers

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the Insiders signup flow that checks your Discord account to confirm eligibility and, if eligible, uses GitHub to provide repository access (for example, by sending an invite or adding you to a team).

• Discord user ID and username
• Whether you’re a member of the “Infima Games Community” server
• Whether you have the “Realistic Assault Rifle Template” role
• A yes/no result computed for the current session to allow or deny access

We do not read your DMs, post as you, or access message contents.

Storage

We do not store these data points. They are processed transiently during the session and discarded. No logs are retained, except if we are legally required to preserve a minimal record—in which case we keep only what’s necessary for the minimum required period, then delete it.

• Provide the service: verify eligibility and return a yes/no result

Sharing
